The subject of the contract are services in the field of repairs, maintenance, removal and protection of failures and performance of activities necessary to maintain sanitary installations in buildings and premises as well as equipment and field installations in areas managed and administered by the Real Estate Management Department in the Mokotów District and in municipal premises located in buildings not administered by ZGN, in the period from the day following the date of signing the contract to 31.07.2024.

4. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT:

4.1. The subject of the contract are services in the field of repairs, maintenance, removal and protection of failures and performance of activities necessary to maintain sanitary installations in buildings and premises as well as equipment and field installations in managed areas

and administered by the Department of Real Estate Management in the Mokotów District and in municipal premises located in buildings not administered by ZGN, in the period from the day following the date of signing the contract until 31.07.2024.

4. 2. The scope of the contract includes the following activities:

4.2.1. round-the-clock removal of failures and their consequences along with post-installation repairs, round-the-clock emergency service, ad hoc protection of installations and city facilities when they threaten failure. The Contractor undertakes to provide a stationary telephone number to which downtime and construction defects can be reported around the clock during the performance of this contract. The telephone number will be provided by the Contractor in writing on the date of signing the contract

4.2.2. performing ongoing maintenance and repair works of installations and sanitary facilities reported by a written order by the DOM, along with post-installation repairs, and other repair works reported by written orders by the DOM both in relation to buildings administered and not administered by ZGN in the Mokotów District as well as technical devices, and not in operation of MPWiK, related to the buildings of the city, i.e.: water meter manhole, yard drain, external sanitary and rainwater sewer pipes

4.2.3. performing work in the sanitary industry in municipal premises, if they are commissioned

4.2.4. reporting noticed irregularities to the DOM in the field of sanitary installation,

4.2.5. performing other works commissioned by the Ordering Party in connection with the subject of the contract.

4.2.6. in city buildings managed and administered by ZGN, removal of excessively accumulated leaves from gutters and downspouts

4.2.7. reporting during the term of the contract, on working days, once a day at the hours agreed with the DOM manager in order to collect orders.
