The Trier-Saarburg district administration plans to introduce a document management system (DMS) to optimize its administrative processes from the 1st half of 2024.

The object of the award is the creation of an overall system and the establishment of operational readiness. This includes, in particular, the provision of standard software on a permanent basis as well as integration and services associated with the implementation, e.g. support in the design, setup of the software, documentation, training, care, maintenance and support.
