The Brandenburg State Agency for Real Estate and Construction ("BLB") is active in the areas of construction management, facility management and fleet management for the state administration of the state of Brandenburg and is integrated into the portfolio of the state ministry of finance. It employs around 600 people at nine locations and operates 17 additional branch offices. The BLB is a service company that continues the tasks of the former state real estate and building authorities. It is responsible for the planning, implementation, project management and project control of state building construction measures of the state of Brandenburg and also of the federal government as well as other public institutions. Another area of activity is the management, leasing and sale of real estate.

The BLB provides recruitment services for the recruitment of architects and engineers as well as employees in the field of procurement. These services will be put out to tender in two lots (lots 1 and 2). In addition, agency services are awarded to recruit specialists and executives for the BLB and to increase its appreciation as an employer (Lot 3).

The subject of Lot 1 is recruitment services to fill vacancies at BLB locations in Potsdam, Holzdorf and Finsterwalde. There are currently 10 vacancies to be filled. To this extent, a minimum call-off takes place under the framework agreement to be concluded.

The estimated number of call-offs is also 10 vacancies. The maximum call-off quantity from the framework agreement is 20 vacancies over the entire term of the contract.

The subject of Lot 2 is recruitment services to fill vacancies at BLB locations in Bernau, Strausberg, Prenzlau, Frankfurt an der Oder and Zossen. There are currently 10 vacancies to be filled. To this extent, a minimum call-off takes place under the framework agreement to be concluded.

The estimated number of call-offs is also 10 vacancies. The maximum call-off quantity from the framework agreement is 20 vacancies over the entire term of the contract.

The subject of Lot 3 is agency services for the recruitment of specialists and executives for the BLB and to increase its appreciation as an employer. The services of the contractor include the development of a recruiting campaign and its implementation with the design of various media (e.g. image film, posters, job advertisements, landing page for job seekers, etc.).
