1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive supply of heat energy to the Torwar I and Torwar II facilities in Warsaw at 6a Łazienkowska Street within 12 months from the signing of the contract, but not earlier than from 15 February 2024.

2. The Contracting Authority declares that the projected consumption of heat energy for 12 months is an approximate value, calculated on the basis of historical values of heat consumption in the buildings of halls Torwar I and II, and amounts to 10,500 GJ.

3. The Contractor is obliged to perform all actions and arrangements necessary to carry out the procedure of changing the seller.
