The procurement concerns the provision of school transport in accordance with the object mentioned in Annex 1 to the invitation to tender on the basis of a public transport licence or taxi licence during the academic year 2023-2024. The Customer reserves the possibility to extend the contract for the period 1.8.2024-30.6.2025.

The contract period is 10.8.2023-31.7.2024. Traffic is run on school days confirmed by the City of Kokemäki at any given time.

The area of the offer is school transport and possible feeder transport at Kokemäki comprehensive school (Yhteiskoulu, Tulkkila and Tuomaala units).

The procurement was opened in more detail under the "background of procurement" section of the invitation to tender.

The transports are school transports within the city of Kokemäki and possible occasional transports to other municipalities.

A written agreement is concluded with the service provider, the model of which is the draft contract (Annex 2). In his tender, the tenderer shall not submit any amendments or additions to the terms of the contract template.
