The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste indicated in the contract description from the owners of real estate where residents of the Nieporęt municipality live and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (hereinafter "PSZOK") located in Nieporęt, in a manner consistent with the regulations in force during the performance of the contract and in a manner ensuring the achievement of an appropriate level: preparation of municipal waste for re-execution use and recycling; weight reduction of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill; storage - specified in the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities and normative acts.
