To provide a comprehensive service for Statutory Fire Door Compliance. The key objective is to maintain fire doors across the Authority sites in line with current and future legislation.

To provide maintenance of fire doors to current and future legislation, as a minimum to:

(a) HTM05-02 Fire code as amended 2015;

(b) The Building Regulations Approved Document B 2000;

(c) The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 205 (RRO);

(d) BS9999;

(e) BS 8214:2016 Timber-based fire door assemblies — Code of Practice.
