The aim of the procurement is to join up with companies with competence for the erection of a scaffolding tent (roof over roof) for relaying the roof on the main building of Damsgård Hovedgård.
Damsgård hovedgård, cadastral no. 154, title no. 976 in Bergen Municipality. Cultural memorial ID 87200-1 (the main. house). Listed cultural memorial per 27 February 1924 with a high national cultural memorial value.
The listing includes the main building, gatehouse, storehouse, hen and bird house, gate building, and pavilion with exterior, interior, and fixed fixtures, as well as walls and fences around the east and west garden.
Damsgård hovedgård is an architecturally and cultural historically important example of a summer residence from the last half of the 1700s. The site is exceptionally well preserved with outhouses, a gate house, and main building in a symmetrical structure around an inner courtyard and flanking gardens. The main house has very rick rococo decoration on the exterior, and an unusually well preserved interior, with styles from both the last half of the 1700s and the early 1800s.
The work consists of engineering design services for and the construction of a scaffolding tent in order to be able to commission/restore the roof of the main building.
The project is divided in three phases:
- Roof over roof on the west wing, as well as parts of the main building up to the tower/hall.
- Roof over roof on the east wing, as well parts of the main building up to the tower/hall.
- Roof over roof on the tower/hall.
Prices that are to be attached to the tender.
- Fixed price for the construction of the scaffolding tent (roof over roof) in 3 phases, of which phases 2 and 3 are options that require external financing.
- Price of hiring the scaffolding tent in phases 1, 2, and 3 for 12 months per phase, with phases 2 and 3 being options that require external financing.
- Hourly rates for extra work. In the engineering design services the scaffolding company may need to obtain other professions. E.g., if there is a need for calculating stability and ground conditions, placement of pilars, etc.
The tender must state who would be used if required.
The buildings are listed and the garden installations have a particularly high value and vulnerability. It is important that all the engineering design services before the construction of the scaffolding, including placement of pillars and the choice of method for the transition between the scaffolding and the ground, have been approved by the town museum and protection authority before the start-up of the construction.
Tenderers are required to have considerable experience with equivalent previous work. Note that fixing the scaffolding directly to the building for stiffening is not allowed here. [JS1]Does this text work together with the price sheet?
