Description of the advertised services:

- Complete demolition of the building ensemble consisting of a 3-storey building with a full basement, a 2-storey building with a full basement and 3 single-storey buildings without a basement with a total of approx. 9,000 m3 of enclosed space.

- Decluttering of all school materials and furnishings left behind, together approx. 36 tons.

- Gutting work with the dismantling of:

approx. 2.260 m2 Verblendmauerwerk,

approx. 2,090 m2 of suspended ceilings and ceiling coverings,

approx. 85 pieces of interior doors made of wood and/or metal,

approx. 2,060 m2 of floor coverings made of carpet, linoleum, PVC or similar,

approx. 2,470 m2 of asphalt and stone wood screed,

approx. 1,290 m2 of wall and floor tiles with adhesive,

of the complete technical building equipment.

- Pollutant remediation with the dismantling of:

approx. 2,080 m2 roof truss in timber construction, A IV,

approx. 6,800 m2 of old mineral wool (KMF) as ceiling covering, impact sound insulation or as

insulation of 2-shell masonry,

approx. 525 m2 of window and exterior door systems made of wood, A IV,

approx. 730 linear metres of old mineral wool (KMF) as pipe insulation with plastic sheath,

remediation of solid and weakly bound asbestos of a smaller extent,

rehabilitation of PAH-containing floor adhesives of a smaller size,

Rehabilitation of PCB-containing wall plasters of a smaller extent.

- Mechanical demolition of the mineral building fabric:

approx. 2,700 m2 of floor space and approx. 9,000 m3 of enclosed space, construction consisting of reinforced concrete walls in the basements, masonry walls on the ground and upper floors, ceilings, floor slabs and concrete foundations.

- Dismantling of the outdoor facilities with:

approx. 1,280 m2 asphalt pavement,

approx. 540 m2 of concrete paving and concrete slabs,

approx. 200 linear metres of kerbstones.
