The purpose of this contract is to insure all motor vehicles, machinery, trailers, 2-wheelers subject to the insurance obligation provided for in Articles L 211.1 et seq. of the Insurance Code and which the Régie des Eaux owns or which it has custody or use for the exercise of all its activities, including the public transport of passengers free of charge or for a fee

As this contract takes the form of an insurance contract, the price is made up of an annual contribution. This is not a framework agreement. This contract is for a maximum period of four (4) years from January 1, 2024
