1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of the waste stream with the code 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11 generated in the technological process:

- from the mixed municipal waste line (MBP), - from the sorting line of bulky waste, in the Waste Treatment Centre of the Lusatian Communes in Lubań at 1 Bazaltowa Street.

2. The estimated amount of waste to be managed, which will be transferred to the Contractor during the term of the contract, will be approximately 3 180 Mg. The amount given is an estimate and the Ordering Party reserves the right to change this amount ± 20% at any time during the term of the contract.

NOTE – the contracting authority reserves that the given quantity is an estimated quantity determining, on the basis of the customer's previous experience in the subject of the contract, illustrating the possible size of the scope of the subject of the contract and which may be helpful at the stage of preparing the offer.

NOTE – the contracting authority reserves that the given quantity is an estimated quantity determining, on the basis of the customer's previous experience in the subject of the contract, illustrating the possible size of the scope of the subject of the contract and which may be helpful at the stage of preparing the offer. The contracting authority, on the other hand, does not declare the execution of the order up to the full amount of the specified amount of waste. The final amount of waste does not depend on the forecasts of the ordering party.

3. The place of collection of waste intended for transport and management is the Waste Utilization Centre of the Lusatian Communes in Lubań at 1 Bazaltowa Street,

59-800 Luban, Poland.

4. Waste collection will take place by transport organized by the Contractor

and at his expense.

5. Loading of waste on the side of the Ordering Party.

6. The subject of the contract will be executed on request, successively according to the needs of the Ordering Party at least one week in advance.

7. Waste collection will take place on working days (excluding days off Saturdays, Sundays and holidays – public holidays), from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00.

8. Weighing of waste collected by the Contractor will take place on a legalized scale of the Ordering Party located at the Waste Utilization Center of the Lusatian Municipalities in Lubań at 1 Bazaltowa Street, 59-800 Lubań.

9. Weighing shall be confirmed each time by a weight receipt. These documents will constitute the sole basis for determining the amount of waste collected between the Contracting Authority and the Contractor.

10. The records shall be kept on the basis of the quantities resulting from the weighing evidence of the Ordering Party.

11. Settlement for the collection and disposal of fractions will be based on weighing receipts for the month in which the service was performed.
