Description:
Provision of washing and rental of workwear

Purchasing Community North Zealand (IN) has joined forces to tender contracts for washing and renting workwear to the following professional groups:The service offered thus includes the complete handling of washing and rental of workwear, including:

  • packing and delivery of clean garments
  • Collection of unclean clothing
  • sorting, Washing and drying of clothing

Two lots are offered with one supplier on each contract. Lot 1:
  • Person-labelled clothing
  • Pool clothing for agency workers, replacements, etc.
Lot 2:
  • Pool covering,
  • Pool cladding with in- and out scanning system
  • A smaller part of personalized clothing for e.g. smaller units and selected garments such as 3.i.1 jacket.
The tenderer may tender for Lot 1, Lot 2 or both. One supplier is selected for each lot on the basis of the evaluation, cf. section 6 of this document. The two lots are to be regarded as separate lots, so that no tenders may be submitted which require participation in both lots.

Sub-agreement 1 Person-labelled clothing and pool clothing for temporary workers, replacements, etc.

The contract covers the supply and washing and rental of workwear to the following professional groups:• Nursing staff inside and out:• Training staff in the care sector outside and inside as well as rehabilitation • Dental care inside the clinic and outdoor care • Appetizer kitchens and other production kitchensThe supplier is obliged to handle the complete handling of washing and rental of workwear, including:• Packing and delivery of clean garments • Collection of unclean clothing• Sorting, washing and drying of clothing• Ongoing repairs and replacement of garments The contract covers personal clothing and pool cladding for temporary workers, replacements and the like. As part of the performance of the contract, the Supplier shall provide a clothing management system (the System). The system must, among other things, make it possible for the clothing manager to manage, control and continuously adjust the individual employee's inventory, for the benefit of sustainability and limitation of the municipality's expenditure on workwear. The scope of the deliveries is determined by the orders placed in connection with the start-up of the contract as well as ongoing subscriptions and cancellations during the contract period. The expected content of the municipality's clothing packages within the various professional groups is stated in Appendix 3, clothing packages. The municipality is not obliged or limited by the stated content and quantity in the clothing packages, which are therefore only considered to be indicative for the Supplier. In connection with the implementation of the contract, the municipality states which clothing parts based on the agreed assortment the individual location wants.

Lot 2 Delivery of washing and rental of pool coverings, pool cladding with scanning in and out and personal marked workwear

The contract covers the supply and washing and rental of workwear to the following professional groups:• Nursing staff inside and out:• Training staff in the care sector outside and inside as well as rehabilitation • Dental care inside the clinic and outdoor care • Appetizer kitchens and other production kitchensThe supplier is obliged to handle the complete handling of washing and rental of workwear, including:• Packing and delivery of clean garments • Collection of unclean clothing• Sorting, washing and drying of clothing• Ongoing repairs and replacement of garmentsThe contract covers pool cladding, pool cladding with scanning in and out as well as personally marked clothing for smaller units and/or individual garments. As part of the performance of the contract, the Supplier shall provide a clothing management system (the System). The system must, among other things, enable the clothing manager to manage, control and continuously adjust the pool and, where relevant, the individual employee's inventory, for the benefit of sustainability and limitation of the municipality's expenditure on workwear.
