1. The subject of the contract is the service of maintaining the cleanliness of rooms in buildings:

A, Physical Education and Sport School (SWFiS), B, Archive, C, CEUE, CL Poznań University of Economics and Business in the period from 01.07.2023 to 30.09.2024;

in the CA building in the period from 01.01.2024 to 30.09.2024.

2. The Ordering Party divided the order into four parts:

Part I – concerns building A and SWFiS

Part II – concerns building B and the Archive

Part III – concerns building C and CEUE

Part IV – concerns the CA and CL building

Part I – concerns building A and SWFiS

building A at al. Niepodległości 10 - washing windows with glazing, washing aluminum / wooden blinds, cleaning verticals / roller shutters, cleaning carpets, cleaning armchairs and chairs;

SWFiS building at 9J Dożynkowa Street – window cleaning with glazing.

Part II – concerns building B and the Archive

building B at al. Niepodległości 12 – cleaning of communication routes, lecture halls, office rooms, sanitary facilities, washing windows with glazing, washing aluminum / wooden blinds, washing the glazed elevator structure, cleaning verticals / roller shutters, cleaning carpets, cleaning ceramic / porcelain tiles with anti-slip protection, cleaning PVC flooring with acrylicing, cleaning armchairs and chairs, emergency cleaning;

Archive building at 11/17 Andrzejewskiego Street – cleaning the Archive rooms, washing windows in the Archive and in the warehouse.

Part III – concerns building C and CEUE

building C at 53 Towarowa Street – cleaning of communication routes, lecture halls, office rooms, sanitary facilities, washing windows with glazing, washing aluminum / wooden blinds, cleaning verticals / roller shutters, cleaning carpets, cleaning ceramic / porcelain tiles with anti-slip protection, cleaning PVC flooring with acrylicing, cleaning armchairs and chairs, emergency cleaning;

CEUE building at 55 Towarowa Street – cleaning of communication routes, lecture halls, office rooms, sanitary facilities, 2-level car park, A1 staircase, sidewalk and courtyards as well as the exit ramp from and to the car park, washing windows with glazing, washing glass facades and double-sided windows and skylights using specialized equipment, cleaning verticals / roller shutters, cleaning carpets, cleaning ceramic / porcelain tiles with protection anti-slip, cleaning of PVC flooring with acrylicing, cleaning of armchairs and chairs, emergency cleaning

Part IV – concerns the CA and CL building

building CA at 16 Powstańców Wlkp. Street – cleaning of communication routes, lecture halls, office rooms, sanitary facilities, reading rooms, technical and storage rooms 19th and 20th floors, washing windows with glazing, washing windows using specialized equipment, cleaning verticals / roller shutters, cleaning carpets, cleaning terrazzo floors with anti-slip protection, cleaning PVC flooring with acrylicing, cleaning armchairs and chairs, cleaning of book warehouses on the 2nd and 4th floor and magazine warehouse on the 3rd floor, cleaning of the utility room and warehouse of the Publishing House, cleaning of utility room No. 215 and rooms No. 311, 312, emergency cleaning;

building CL at 9 Taczaka Street – cleaning of communication routes, lecture halls, office rooms, sanitary facilities, washing windows with glazing, cleaning verticals / roller shutters, cleaning carpets, cleaning ceramic / porcelain tiles with anti-slip protection, cleaning PVC flooring with acrylicing, cleaning armchairs and chairs, emergency cleaning.
