Framework agreement on assistance to the contracting authority to analyse the deadline criterion for consultations of global sectoral contracts for the construction of penitentiary centres, the extension of existing penitentiary centres, and the construction of exit support structures (SAS)

This framework agreement concerns the assistance of the contracting authority in analysing the criterion of deadlines for consultations of sectoral global contracts for the construction of penitentiary centres, the extension of existing penitentiary centres, and the construction of exit support structures (SAS).

The consultation is launched according to an open tendering procedure, in accordance with Articles L2124-1 and L2124-2 and R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code.

This contract is a single-contractor framework agreement within the meaning of Article L2125-1 of the French Public Procurement Code. It will be executed by purchase order and subsequent contracts under the conditions described respectively in Articles R2162-7 et seq. and R 2162-13 et seq. of the French Public Procurement Code.
