The purpose of this tender is to select and contract a party in a transparent, objective and non-discriminatory manner for the supply of roster software based on SAAS (software as a service) licenses. The planned effective date of the agreement is April 21, 2023 and has an initial term of 5 years, after which option to extend is possible.

You are invited to submit a tender, in accordance with the tender documents, as laid down in the online tender platform of Mercell Source-to-Contract (formerly Negometrix4).

Selecting and contracting one contractor for the purchase and implementation of a SAAS roster application, in line with HL's objectives and consisting of:

Providing SAAS licenses for a roster application.

Implementation consisting of:

- Initial establishment;

- Setting up management and maintenance;

- Support and advice;

-Schooling;

- Concluding an agreement with one service provider;

- Recording clear agreements with the contracted service provider for the duration of the agreement.

This tender concerns the roster application. A planning application or other applications fall outside the scope of the assignment.
