The purpose of this contract is the maintenance of the anti-pigeon system by electro-repulsion on the grounds of the Louvre Museum. This contract corresponds: - in part and principally to an ordinary contract, remunerated by a global and fixed price, for the inspection and routine maintenance services of the existing system and, - in part to a framework agreement with purchase orders (processed at unit prices) with no minimum and with a maximum of 400,000.00 euro(s) excluding VAT for the total duration of the contract, for services relating to major repairs and possible system extensions. The duration of the contract (flat-rate portion and validity of the purchase order portion of the contract within the meaning of Article R2162-5 of the French Public Procurement Code) begins to run from the date of notification for a firm period of 48 months
The purpose of this contract is the maintenance of the anti-pigeon system by electro-repulsion on the grounds of the Louvre Museum. Scope of intervention: the existing systems to be maintained concern: the 4 access passages to the square courtyard: Passage Marengo, Passage des Arts, Passage Saint-Germain, Passage Sully; the Richelieu Passage; the Lions' Gate; the Mollien peristyle; the peristyle of the Denon Pavilion; the Denon terrace on the first level (Café Mollien); the top of the Porte Saint-Germain; the porch of the Lefuel courtyard; the Perrault colonnade (after replacement provided for under the purchase order portion); the Visconti porch; the Rohan façade; the Turgot peristyle (above the Café Marly). The systems present in the passages around the square courtyard, at the Porte des Lions and in the Mollien and Denon peristyles have been installed for more than 10 years but they have been the subject of several surveillance and maintenance services. The system above the Porte Saint-Germain was reviewed and extended in October 2017, the Denon terrace of the Mollien café was equipped with an anti-pigeon system in February 2019, the Richelieu passage was partially upgraded to its installation in February 2020, the porch of the Lefuel courtyard was equipped in 2021 on the occasion of the restoration of the courtyard, the Turgot peristyle and the Rohan façade in 2022
