Receipt, export and management of waste should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended) and other implementing provisions relating to municipal waste.
The subject of the order is the collection and development of non-segregated solid municipal waste and segregated waste from inhabited and uninhabited properties from Limanowa Municipality in an amount of approximately 4.100 Mg between 2 January 2022 and 31 December 2022.
1. Reception and development of non-segregated and segregated municipal waste collected in plastic bags from real estate inhabited in Limanowa Municipality from the following localities: Bałażówka, Kanina, Kisielówka, Kłodne, Barracks, Lipowe, Łosososina Górna, Makowica, Męcina, Młynne, Mordarka, Nowe Pisbie, Stepchild, Pisarzowa, Rupniów, Siekierczyna I, Siekierczyna II, Owliny, Old Village I, Old Village II, Old Pisbie, Walowa Góra, High. Ordering the site at the site of collection of waste in case of contamination due to atmospheric factors, e.g. wind, others: e.g. animal interference, due to the contractor's fault, e.g. during loading.
2. Receipt and development from uninhabited properties accumulated in plastic bags and containers located in workplaces, trading posts and service outlets, schools, institutions and other entities that have made declarations. Ordering the site at the site of collection of waste in case of contamination.
3. Receiving and landscaping of waste accumulated in street baskets at public transport stops — cleaning of the station.

5. Equipment on the basis of use in containers - schools and utilities at least 3 containers for segregated waste, min. 240l/facility and 1 container for non-segregated waste (residue from sorting) 1100l/ facility

7. The estimated amount of municipal waste intended for collection and use shall be given in the Annex to the description annex to the SWZ.
8. The amount of waste generated in the Limanowa municipality is not dependent on the Ordering Party. Estimated quantities shall be estimated and subject to change according to the actual needs of the Ordering Party taking into account the amount of waste generated by the owners of inhabited and non-inhabited property. The amount of municipal waste given above is indicative size.
