1. The object of the order is the successive supply of disposable scissors to welding machines type TSCD—II for sterile drains coupling — in the amount of 80,000 units.

2. The subject of the contract referred to in paragraph 1 shall comply with the following requirements:

1) packaged in a collection cartridge;

2) each carton should be marked with REF number and series number;

3. Scissors will be used in TSCD-II welding machines on RCKiK status in Szczecin and compatible with them;

4) has a certificate authorising individual series of scissors for use;

5) has instructions in Polish;

6) the expiry date of at least 12 months from the date of delivery;

7) documentation: declaration of the manufacturer on the classification of the product (submitted by the contractor with delivery at the request of the contracting operator).

3. Warranty: the contractor shall grant at least a 24-month warranty for the subject of the contract, calculated from the date of delivery of the item in question to the contracting office.

The short OPZ was included in Section II.1.4:

If defects are found by the Contracting Authority, the Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority free of charge with a new item, free of defects, in accordance with the tender submitted.

The Contracting Authority has the right to fulfil a smaller amount of the object of the order, with no less than 20% of the value of the order (the offer price).

The Contracting Authority provides for the application of the procedure referred to in Article 139 (1) of the Law Pzp (the so-called 'reverse procedure') whereby the audit and evaluation of tenders will be first carried out, and the Contracting Authority qualifies the entity of the contractor whose offer has been at most. assessed, in the absence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
