The Client is considering continuing the deductible for the WGA as of 1 January 2024. Whether the contracting authority actually opts for the deductible with private insurance depends on whether the deductible carrier is a (financially) more attractive option than transferring the WGA financing to the UWV.

The purpose of the tender is to conclude an agreement for the delivery of a collective AOV for the benefit of the Client in accordance with the provisions of this specification. With the selected Contractor, the Client wants to enter into an agreement with a term of at least 3 years with the possibility to extend by 2 x 1 year and will subsequently take effect after termination of the active collective AOV.
