Armii Krajowej 101, concentrates for hemodialysis, according to the quantitative and generic statement specified in Annex No. 2 to the Specification of the Terms of Contract, hereinafter referred to as "swz", under the conditions specified in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 4 to the SCW.

2. The goods offered must be new and unused.

3. Delivery of the item of the order together with transport and unloading will be carried out at the expense and risk of the Contractor.
