Lease without purchase option and maintenance of the printing equipment park of the Provincial Council of Ourense

The contract will have a duration of 4 years from its formalization in an administrative document. It is established as a partial milestone that the successful bidder installs the equipment within a maximum period of 1 month, counted from the formalization of the contract, in accordance with the provisions of clause VI of the PPT. After this milestone, a record of receipt will be drawn up that will mark the beginning of the maintenance and warranty period of the equipment, with a duration of 47 months. The equipment must be installed in the departments indicated in point 2 of the technical specifications, as the current existing contracts expire (listed in the Annex to the technical specifications) and following the indications of the Transparency and Open Government Area. The number of locations of the departments may vary from the preparation of the specifications to the award of the same and during the validity of the same. In the case of equipment that, according to the planning established in the Annex to the PPT, is delivered later, the delivery time will also be one month from the request made by the person responsible for the contract. In the event that this contract is terminated, and as long as the new public tender that is called for this purpose is resolved, the successful bidder will be obliged to extend the contract in force in an extraordinary way, if the deputation so requests, during the maximum period of 4 months for the resolution of the new tender.
