The Works comprise the construction of a three storey Clinical Medical School Building (3,240 SqM in Floor Area) with double height plantrooms over together with the structural provision in terms of substructure, roof and frame to allow for a future two storey extension plus the routing of communication services through the corridors of the Main Hospital itself all on a confined site including extensive Mechanical and Electrical Services Installations and all associated extensive external works including bulk earthworks, retaining walls, underground utilities and the realignment of the internal hospital road on a “Live” Hospital campus in Phases.
