Sodankylä Multifunction Centre - Bulk Furniture School

The acquisition will be subject to the new premises of the Sodankylä Multifunctional Centre

housed School bulk furniture.

The object of the acquisition will be the School's bulk furniture to be placed in the new premises of the Sodankylä Multifunction Centre.

The acquisition is carried out as a total acquisition in which suboffers are not accepted. (= all lines in the calendar list must be priced)

The furnishings subject to the acquisition and the requirements are presented with a request for tender

in the Annexes.

The tender must contain all furnishings provided under the request for tender;

received, installed and put into service with the following refinements and

in additions:

- the supplier is responsible for removing and discarding the packaging material

- the supplier must work in self-help and good cooperation with the main executor of the project, the installation of furniture is carried out by block

- the delivery includes instructions for use in Finnish and should also be supplied as an electronic version

- products must be suitable for school use and easy to use

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE BIDDER:

The average confirmed annual turnover of the provider for the last three financial years has been at least EUR 1,000,000.

REFERENCE REQUIREMENTS:

The tenderer shall have at least 2 equivalent or larger furnishings

to similar items for the last 5 years from the date of publication of the request for tender.

Delivery time:

The initial start date of delivery is vk 22/2022, the installations should be fully

completed by the end of vk 29/2022. Fixtures are installed block by block in four batches.

The exact start date of installation is agreed with the subscriber.

Subscriber activity in new multifunction center kicks off in full

Aug 15, 2022.

USEFUL ASSIGNMENT:

After the building's reception inspection, the builder organises conduct conferences;

to assemble future subscriber staff to use the device. Dating days

there are two and they will be held in August 2022. The equipment supplier must be on the spot for the occasions.

WARRANTY PERIOD:

The warranty period is two (2) years.

ASSURANCES:

The supplier is responsible for transportation insurance and the supplier must insure his work

at least as prescribed by law and the supplier must have a valid operation

liability insurance.

OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY:

The selected supplier shall ensure that all related to this site

occupational safety obligations and in particular the Government Regulation Vna 205/2009

regulations on the safety of construction work will be complied with. Target

the security document is drawn up by the subscriber and submitted to the selected vendor

upon the order, if necessary at the tender stage at the request of the supplier.
