The purpose of this consultation is to identify the holder of the framework agreement for the provision of contactless tickets.
The supplies to be fulfilled by the incumbent relate to the following areas:
- The supply of blank banknotes, for sale on ticket vending machines or sales terminals, without electrical coding, with a specific visual on both sides,
- the supply of pre-encoded tickets, with the transport product specified at the time of ordering, and which will be registered by the Account Holder,
- Provision of production files.

This is a framework agreement for single-contractor supplies, with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount of €2,500,000 excluding tax, over the entire duration of the framework agreement (including renewals), in accordance with Article R. 2162-4 2° of the French Public Procurement Code.
This framework agreement will be executed as purchase orders are issued in accordance with Article R. 2162-2 paragraph 2 of the Public Order Code
