At Populierenlaan 1 in Krimpen aan den IJssel, the current building, gym “de Populier” needs to be demolished and a new building will be realized in which a new Public Primary School: “Growth Planet” (Stichting Blick op Education), a new gym: “De Populier” (Synerkri) and a nursery (KinderDam) will be housed.

The new building must be both designed and realised by the Contractor. The Design work involves' converting 'the Question Specification into a provisional design and then defining the final design and execution design. The result of the Assignment is a building that meets the requirements set out in the program of requirements and requirements for BENG. The new construction is a building with a total of a BVO between 3 000 and 3 500 m 2 bvo.
