The Contract is for the provision of Consultancy Services for the proposed refurbishment and enabling works to Wards 5 and 6 in Thompson House at the Mid Ulster Hospital Complex to accommodate Primary and Community Care for Older People's Services and redecoration of various rooms on the ground floor of the Community Social Services Building on the Mid Ulster Hospital Complex.
