The Media Authority intends to conclude a framework agreement with one primary contractor and two secondary contractors for recruitment and (pre) selection of specialist legal personnel, who will be employed by the Commissioner.

This tender is divided into a selection and award phase. In the selection phase, a maximum of seven candidates are selected to submit a tender in the award phase. In the award phase, three tenderers (one primary contractor and two secondary contractors) are contracted.

All entrepreneurs who meet the requirements are invited to submit an application. This can be done independently, as a partnership and / or by calling on third parties.

The size of the assignment per year has been estimated at approximately three to five positions per year, with the term of the agreement never exceeding twenty positions. This estimate is based on historical expenditure and forecasts as estimated at the time of publication.
