The subject of the contract is the provision of Service A to the Ordering Party, consisting in the carriage of postal shipments. The Contractor is obliged to accept postal consignments for carriage at the places and dates specified in the Schedule for the implementation of Service A, constituting Annex 1 to the draft contract, and to issue them at the places and dates specified in this annex.
Service A (Course No.: 14171_757542, WER Komorniki-WER Wrocław, WMP Wrocław-WMP Poznań)1. The subject of the contract is the provision of Services to the Ordering Party A. Course number 14171_757542.
2. The maximum total length of the Courses to be performed by the Contractor, taking into account the modifications in the Service Schedule A in accordance with § 16 section 4 of the draft contract - 107 856 km
3. The minimum total length of the Courses, taking into account the modification in the Service Schedule A in accordance with § 16 section 4 of the draft agreement - 77 616 km.
4. Number of km covered by the right of option - 30 240 km.
5. If during the term of the contract the amount of the Contractor's remuneration does not reach the maximum remuneration, the Parties may extend the term of the contract by a maximum of 3 months, but not longer than until the amount of remuneration for services provided by the Contractor reaches the maximum remuneration. Extension of the validity period in accordance with the previous sentence must be made in writing under pain of nullity.
6. Estimated number of vehicles necessary to perform the service - 1 vehicle of category IVb.
7. Estimated number of people necessary to provide the service - 1 person with a driving license category C + E.
8.The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding services to the existing Contractor, under the single-source procurement procedure, pursuant to Article 388 point 2) point c) of the Public Procurement Law, a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services, consistent with the subject of the contract, in particular if it is necessary to continue the contract to secure the needs of the Contracting Authority, in particular when the amount specified in the contract is exhausted or the period expires, for which the contract was concluded
1) Orders will be awarded under the conditions described in the Description of the subject of the contract for a given part with changes resulting from the needs of the Ordering Party, but not exceeding the requirements described in the Description of the subject of the contract and the draft contract for a given part.
2) The total period of performance of contracts awarded pursuant to Article 388(2)(c) of the Public Procurement Law shall not exceed a period of 12 months for a given part of the contract.
3) The award of a contract pursuant to Article 388(2)(c) of the Public Procurement Law shall be conditional on:
- proper performance by the Contractor of the basic contract,
- the Ordering Party's disposal of financial resources for its implementation.
4) The contracting authority will award the contract pursuant to Article 388 point 2 letter c of the Public Procurement Law on the terms resulting from the draft contract attached to the SWZ, while the subject of negotiations with the Contractor will be, in particular, the price for the implementation of the subject of the contract.
5) The scope of the above orders will consist in repeating the services from the basic order and cover the following number of km:
- the maximum total length of the Courses to be performed by the Contractor, taking into account the modification in the Service Schedule A in accordance with § 16 section 4 of the draft contract - 107 856 km
- the minimum total length of the Courses, taking into account the modification in the Service Schedule A in accordance with § 16 section 4 of the draft contract - 77 616 km.
- number of km covered by the right of option - 30 240 km.

2. The maximum total length of the Courses to be performed by the Contractor, taking into account the modifications in the Service Schedule A in accordance with § 16 section 4 of the draft contract - 151 704 km
3. The minimum total length of the Courses, taking into account the modification in the Service Schedule A in accordance with § 16 section 4 of the draft contract - 121 464 km.
4. Number of km covered by the right of option - 30 240 km.

2. The maximum total length of the Courses to be performed by the Contractor, taking into account the modifications in the Service Schedule A in accordance with § 16 section 4 of the draft contract - 21 576 km
3. The minimum total length of the Courses, taking into account the modification in the Service Schedule A in accordance with § 16 section 4 of the draft agreement - 17 856 km.
4. Number of km covered by the right of option - 3 720 km.

If during the term of the contract the amount of the Contractor's remuneration does not reach the maximum remuneration, the Parties may extend the term of the contract by a maximum of 3 months, but not longer than until the amount of remuneration for services provided by the Contractor reaches the maximum remuneration.
