The tender concerns the contracting of suppliers who can deliver a student administration system (written in full or abbreviated with LAS) that meets the requirements and wishes that SIVON sets for the LAS on behalf of the participating school boards.

In this European tender, SIVON acts as a contracting authority in the role of a central purchasing body. SIVON carries out this European tender for its members. SIVON intends to contract several contractors who offer a suitable LAS in accordance with the requirements and wishes that SIVON sets for its members.

The following members are expected to conduct a mini-competition under the framework agreement:

During the term of the framework agreement, a maximum of 6 other members of SIVON can decide to carry out a mini-competition. A mini-competition starts before the end date of the framework agreement.
