"Collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the City of Radymno from the owners of real estate on which residents live and from owners of real estate on which residents do not live, and municipal waste is generated, and from PSZOK in the period 01.01.2023 - 31.12.2023."

The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from the areas of inhabited and uninhabited real estate of the City of Radymno and from PSZOK in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reducing the weight of biodegradable waste transferred to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities and in accordance with the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the City of Radymno (Annex 5 to the SWZ) and local law in force during the term of the contract. The detailed scope and manner of performance of the subject of the contract is specified in Chapter III of the SWZ and in the Essential Provisions of the Contract (Annex 8 to the SWZ).
