To appoint a number of contractors to provide CC&B (Oracle) technical services to Viridian Group and its subsidiary businesses. Applicants will be assessed with Part 4 of the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016, as amended on the basis of information provided in response to pre-qualification questionnaire (‘PQQ’) in line with those instructions outlined in the Project Information Memorandum (PIM). Completed PQQs must be returned to Viridian electronically at the address in Section 1 before the specified deadline.

Viridian Group is the procuring entity for itself on behalf of Viridian Corporate and IT, Power NI and Energia Group, their affiliated subsidiaries and trading entities (participating organisations) that are wholly owned by Viridian Group Ltd and Viridian Power and Energy Holdings DAC.

Viridian requires the supply of resources to support the enhancement and development of its 2 CC&B systems and associated business processes to meet changing business requirements. The Viridian Group will require external resources with IT and business skills to support new policy initiatives and key IT development projects within its businesses. The CC&B (Oracle) resource support framework will be a multi-supplier Framework Agreement, the resources required shall comprise personnel with appropriate skills and experience of business change to implement new policies, business process change and IT systems development work. Activities may include strategy development, system upgrades, data migration, testing and related IT quality assurance.
