IKT Nordfjord shall enter into a framework agreement with a supplier for the procurement and hire of Multifunction printers for the municipalities in IKT Nordfjord’s area of operations. The agreement also includes service, maintenance and replacement of toners, etc.

The participating municipalities in the framework agreement are: Bremanger, Gloppen, Kinn, Stad and Stryn municipalities.

Multifunction machines are in this context defined as machines with printing, copying, scanning and e-mail functionalities in accordance with the description in the requirement specification's annex 1.

The scope of the agreement is uncertain. IKT Nordfjord and the participating municipalities are not obliged to procure any set volume in the agreement.

The contract will be valid for 3 years with an option for a further 1 + 1 year extension.

The contracting authority requests an online system via E-trade in such a way that the offered products are available through E-trade (EHF) via Punchout.
