Provision of a service consisting in comprehensive cleaning and ongoing maintenance of order and cleanliness in the MFWWP facility in Warsaw at 4 Merliniego Street and in the adjacent area.

The subject of the contract does not include usable areas covered by lease agreements, i.e. :p rooms inside the restaurant and pub, bar, fitness club and gym, shops, shooting range and hairdressing and beauty salon, with the exception of: space on the mezzanine with a separate place for tables, space with tables on the ground floor, terrace (next to the fitness club reception), corridor in the gastronomic part on the first floor near the elevator and on the ground floor level (from the north side of the facility), staircases located on the south side (entrance to the control room), the middle leading from the fitness club and from the north leading from the restaurant. Opening hours:

Monday to Friday from 6.00 to 22.00,

Saturday, Sunday and holidays from 6.30 to 22.00.

Wellness and Spa Zone daily from Monday to Sunday from 11.00 to 22.00

excluding: the first day of Christmas, New Year's Day, All Saints' Day on November 1 and Easter Saturdays and Sundays.

The Contracting Authority requires employment by the Contractor on the basis of an employment contract within the meaning of Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320, as amended; hereinafter referred to as KP, persons performing cleaning services who will perform the function of supervising and cleaning This requirement applies to persons performing activities necessary to perform the contract, consisting in the provision of daily cleaning services

The Contracting Authority shall require the contractor to provide the service with a number of persons ensuring the day-to-day maintenance of cleanliness at the site during opening hours and to carry out the necessary work after closing the facility required to ensure order:

I change from 6.00 to 14.00:4 persons including 1 supervisor — cleaning person and at least 1 woman,

II change from 14.00 to 22.00:5 persons including 1 supervisory and cleaning person and at least 1 woman,

Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays from 10.00 to 14.00: 1 cleaner

III shift from 22.00 to 6.00:10 persons including 1 supervisor — cleaning person.
