Description:
The performance of services in the field of forest management in Cherneyev Forest Forest District in the year 2022.

The subject of the contract shall be forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275 of late. c.— 'Forests Act') covering works in the field of forest gosp. in particular the work of farming and forest protection, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber, forest nursery, seed and maintenance of forest infrastructure facilities to be carried out in the Cherneyev Forest Forest District in 2022.The procedure is carried out by unlimited tender on the pdst. Article 129 (1) point 1) referred to as Article 129 (2) and Articles 132 to 139 of the Law of 11 September 2019 Pzp (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129 as amended - 'PZP') and implementing acts of the PZP.

The post shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down for classical contracts equal to or exceeding Union thresholds and for the so-called 'reverse procedure' referred to in Articles 139ust.1,3-4 of the PZP.

Package I — forestry: Jezierce, Linery, Promno, Słomówko — work in the fields of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber and maintenance of forest infrastructure facilities;

The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended — 'Forests Act') covering work on forest farming and conservation, fire protection, obtaining and breaking timber and maintaining forest infrastructure facilities, to be carried out in Cherneyev Forest Forest District in the year 2022.

The scope of the object of the contract shall include the summary quantities of work in the fields of forest farming and protection, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber and maintenance of forest infrastructure facilities resulting from Cop No 3 of the SWZ, which consists of:

Appendix No 3.1. — the size of the work by group of activities, activities and location;

Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;

Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distances and conditions of the wood break;

Annex No 3.4. — a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;

Annex No. 3.5 — information on the use of possible logging technologies;

The material ranges set out in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. are estimated.

The quality standards relating to all relevant features of the subject matter of the contract shall be determined by Decision No 19 of the DGLP of 17.03.2021 on the introduction of the 'Describe of the standard of technology for the performance of forestry works' in the organisational units of the State Forests. The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract provided the basis for the determination of the quality requirements relating to the components consisting of the object of the contract contained in Annex No 4 to SWZ.

Descriptions of the action codes describing the individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex 4 to SWZ.

The location (forest address) of individual forest works falling within the scope of the Contract Subject is preliminary in nature. The location (forest address) of individual works falling within the scope of the Contract Subject shall be specified in the Order referred to in point 3.3. (1), provided that it will always be the Package Implementation Area.

In view of the actual natural weather situation that may occur during the execution of the subject of the contract, as well as the economic and economic situation unforeseen at the moment, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to make reductive adjustments, enhancement adjustments, new location, as well as pausing the steps indicated in each line of tables describing the subject of the order. Increasing adjustments do not imply the introduction of new works, not covered by the scope of the contract, and reductive adjustments do not imply a complete abandonment of part They should be understood as increasing the amount of work in one location (forest address) in the Package Implementation Area (ORP), including locations on the ORP not pre-indicated in the SWZ), while reducing the amount of work in another location (forest address) on the ORP, in the summary framework the quantities of individual work falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement referred to in the SWZ to be carried out throughout the ORP. The need to increase the size of certain elements of the procurement in the course of the performance of the contract subject may also occur in order to complete the full range of works described in the subject matter of the contract. Establishing a new location is carried out within the subject of the order, always only on the ORP.

The Contracting Authority shall require employment by the Contractor or subhab, on the basis of the working relationship of the persons performing the performance of the contract involving the acquisition and retraction of the wood raw material, if the diagram consists of the work diagram in the manner laid down in Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 -KP

Package II— Forestry: Dzikowy Bór, Milkarowo — work on forest farming and conservation, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber and maintenance of forest infrastructure facilities;
