Carrying out the tasks of the LEADER management for the implementation of the Local Development Strategy (LES) for the area of the Local Action Group (LAG) Flechtinger Höhenzug und Drömling e.V. for the period 01/2024 -12/2028
In particular, at least with these tasks:
(a) support for the statutory organisation of the LAGs
and, where applicable, existing rules of procedure
Requirements of the European Union and the State of Saxony
Anhalt (among other things, documentation of the
General meetings, committee meetings and more
events), identification of local needs and
Challenges according to the fields of action of the LES
(from need to project idea),
b) Activation and support of interested parties and of
stakeholders in the development of projects for the targeted,
balanced and comprehensive implementation of the
Fields of action of the LES as well as the selection of the
corresponding funding instruments from the EAFRD, ERDF
and ESF+ funds, including the
Granting bodies (from the project idea to the project),
(c) Assisting the LAGs in the preparation of the
Project selection by means of meaningful documents and
Setting priorities in compliance with the rules on
Avoidance of a conflict of interest for all parties involved
Stakeholders including management, support for LAGs
in determining the amount of project support in accordance with the
Definitions of the LES,
(d) assisting applicants in preparing; and
Submission of qualified and complete LEADER/CLLD applications
(e.g. in the case of initial application, amendment application, payment
application with proof of use), monitoring or ensuring the implementation of the projects
in accordance with the notification of funding, by means of a continuous
Communication with the project promoters, the
Licensing authorities and the LAG,
(e) assistance in the organisation and implementation of financial and grant management within the LAG, as well as in projects for which the LAG itself is a beneficiary (development and project management);
(f) carrying out evaluations (interim evaluation and
Final evaluation) on the implementation status of the LES at
Involvement of the population and thus support for the
LAG in detecting and implementing an update, or
Update of the LES,
(g) the implementation of the reporting system, in particular the
Preparation of the annual reports on the implementation of the LES and the
semi-annual activity reports,
(h) Organization of joint action with the institutions
of the managements, the districts, independent cities, the
Licensing authorities and other local stakeholders in the
integrated development of the region, including
Process control, moderation and promotion of the
communication between the parties involved,
(i) active participation in the country's LEADER/CLLD network;
Saxony-Anhalt (among others in the working group of the LAG
Managements) and in other supra-regional networks
(e.g. Federal Association of LEADERS
Action Groups in Germany, German Network Agency
Rural areas),
(j) organisation of the training, including participation in
central events organised by members of the LAG, and
interested citizens,
(k) ensuring that the information on the website is up-to-date;
The LAG's website by supporting the content of the
Processing and support,
l) Guarantee of data processing and safeguarding
data protection and data security for the LAGs, and
all potential project promoters or
project participants as well as
(m) organisation of awareness-raising activities
including public relations.
