A framework agreement is to be concluded on the basis of an EVB IT service. The call-off quota amounts to an upper limit of 90 hours/month, i.e. a total of 1080 h/year. The EVB-IT service contract is to be concluded for a term of 24 months with an extension option for a further 12 months, but for the longest period for 36 months. The total number of hours is thus 3,240 h (90 * 36 = 3,240) over the entire contract period including the extension option.
