1. The subject of the contract is the performance of a service related to the repair, inspection and maintenance of mechanical ventilation units as well as air conditioning devices and installations located in buildings administered by the 41st School Aviation Base in Dęblin.
2. The contracting authority does not allow for the possibility of submitting partial tenders, which should be understood that the contractor is obliged to submit a bid for the full scope of the contract. Bids that do not contain the full scope of the contract specified in the offer form will be rejected pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the PPL.
3. The Contracting Authority shall not divide the contract into lots, because the division of the contract could result in a lack of coordination on the part of individual Contractors, resulting in incorrect and untimely performance of the contract. In addition, entrusting the scope of the service to one Contractor will not generate large financial costs.
1. A detailed description of the item of the order specifies the SWZ and:
- Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, i.e. the offer form;
- Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, i.e. a detailed description of the subject of the contract;
- Annex No. 3 to the SWZ – draft provisions of the agreement;
2. ON-SITE VISIT:
Those interested in participating in the on-site inspection of the Contractor may make an on-site inspection before submitting a bid for task I. Presence at the on-site inspection will be helpful in the correct calculation of the offer price by contractors. At the same time, the Contracting Authority explains that the presence at the on-site inspection is not mandatory. An offer submitted without a site inspection at the Contracting Authority shall not be rejected pursuant to Article 226(1)(18) of the Act.
The dates of the on-site inspection, depending on the individual complexes, are as follows:

Interested in the local vision, contractors should appear in the selected complex at the main entrance gate to the complex.
The Contracting Authority informs that all costs of participation in the on-site inspection shall be borne by the Contractor. Persons interested in the vision must have an identity card with them in order to issue a pass to enter the military complex.
During the on-site inspection, the representatives of the Contracting Authority will not answer questions regarding the subject of the contract or SWZ.
