3.1. The subject of the contract is the organization and operation of foreign study trips within the framework of the Project “Creative Małopolska II” funded by the Regional Operational Programme of the Lesser Poland Voivodship for the years 2014-2020, 3 Enterprise Priority Axis of Małopolska, Action 3.3 Internationalisation of the Lesser Poland economy, Subaction 3.3.1 Economic promotion of Małopolska, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund

with division into 9 parts (...).

3.2. Detailed description and manner of execution of the contract shall be included in the Description of the subject of the contract, which is Annex 1 to the SWZ and the proposed provisions of the contract forming the Annex

No 8 to the SWZ and the proposed provisions of the agreement entrusting the processing of personal data, which are Annex 9 to the SWZ.

Part 1 — organization of a study visit for 12 people from Krakow (Poland) to San Francisco (USA) between 21 and 25 March 2022

I. Detailed description of the subject of the order for Part 1: organization of a study visit for 12 people from Krakow (Poland) to San Francisco (USA) between 21 and 25 March 2022.

The subject of the contract is the organization of a study visit for 12 people from Krakow (Poland) to San Francisco (USA) between 21 and 25 March 2022, implemented as part of the project “Creative Małopolska II” funded under the Regional Operational Programme of the Lesser Poland Voivodship for years 2014-2020, co-financed by the European Development Regional Fund.

The order includes the organization and preparation of a study visit between 20 and 26 March 2022 local time for 12 people, which aims to be:

- Participation in the industry event: Game Developers Conference

- The order does not include the purchase of tickets for the event.

The Contractor shall provide the Contractor under the contract:

1. Two way economy class air tickets on the route Kraków—San Francisco, San Francisco to Krakow to Krakow for 12 participants of a study visit with up to one transfer, with:

a. The waiting time for the transfer must not be more than 4h,

b. Arrival should take place by 18:00 on 20 March 2022 local time in San Francisco

c. The transfer may not take place in any country in whose territory it is required of Poles to hold visas.

d. ticket is supposed to include: 1 piece of hand luggage + 1 piece of checked baggage (main, check-in) for each 1 departure participant.

e. Departure will take place on March 20 and arrival on March 26, 2022.

The list of participants will be given 3 weeks before the start of the study trip.

2. 4 nights at least 4-star hotel in San Francisco:

a. Maximum distance. 1.5 km from the event site - Moscone Center, 747 Howard St, San Francisco, CA 94103, United States (walking distance in Google Maps),

b. in 1-bed rooms with bathrooms along with breakfast for 12 participants of the study visit during the scheduled stay.

The Contractor shall submit, in the offer form, to the Ordering Party at least 2 hotel proposals corresponding to the above requirements, the final selection of hotels belongs to the Ordering Party. Failure to offer a hotel proposal or a proposal not conforming to the above requirements will provide a basis for the recognition that the content of the offer does not correspond to SWZ's content.

3. The Contractor shall provide the Ordering Party with meals for 12 persons on each day of stay on departure — rates in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Labour and Social Policy of 29 January 2013 on receivables to a worker employed in a state or local government unit budgetary sphere due to business travel.

4. Private local transfers (bus or group car) from San Francisco Airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport on the day of departure for 12 participants of the visit, with:

a. the driver must personally pick up the participants from the airport and carry to the car/bus,

b. The driver must take into account the possibility of delay in flights,

The Contractor shall also cover all costs related to tolls, parking, etc. as part of the transport service.

5. Provide KL+NNW insurance for 12 participants of a study visit, payment of possible climate fees, parking and road charges.

6. Determining and paying for a group application for a permit to enter the USA necessary for all participants in the ESTA (Electronic System to Travel Authorization) system.

7. The Contractor should provide prior to departure information to the Recipient for the guidelines for the sanitary regime in force in the country of destination during the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus pandemic at least 2 weeks prior to the event.

8. Within 7 days after the end of the study visit, the Contractor is obliged to submit a report on the about/at the visit.

Part 2 — organization of a study visit for 6 people from Krakow (Poland) to Boston (USA) between 21 and 24 April 2022

II. Detailed description of the item of the order for Part 2: organization of a study visit for 6 people from Krakow (Poland) to Boston (USA) between 21 and 24 April 2022

The subject of the contract is the organization of a study visit for 6 people from Krakow (Poland) to Boston (USA) between 21 and 24 April 2022, implemented as part of the project “Creative Małopolska II” funded under the Regional Operational Programme of the Lesser Poland Voivodship for years 2014-2020, co-financed by the European Development Regional Fund.

The order includes the organization and preparation of a study visit between 20 and 25 April 2022 for 6 people, which aims to be:

- Participation in the industry event: PAX EAST

- The order does not include the purchase of tickets for the event.

The Contractor shall provide the Contractor under the contract:

1. Two-way economy class air tickets on the route Kraków—Boston, Boston—Krakow for

6 participants of a study visit with up to one transfer, with:

a. The waiting time for the transfer must not be more than 4h,

b. Arrival should take place by 18:00 on 20 April 2022 local time

in Boston

c. The transfer may not take place in any country in whose territory it is required of Poles to hold visas.

d. ticket is supposed to include: 1 piece of hand luggage + 1 piece of checked baggage (main, check-in) for each 1 departure participant.

e. Departure will take place on April 20, and arrival on April 25, 2022.

The list of participants will be given 3 weeks before the start of the study trip.

2. 5 nights at least a 4-star hotel in Boston:

a. Maximum distance. 1.5 km from the event site - Boston Convention and Exhibition Center Boston, MA, United States (walking distance in Google Maps),

b. in 1-bed rooms with bathrooms along with breakfast for 6 participants of the study visit during the scheduled stay.

c. View from the window in the hotel room cannot include the interior of the hotel (e.g. lobby)

The Contractor shall submit, in the offer form, to the Ordering Party at least 2 hotel proposals corresponding to the above requirements, the final selection of hotels belongs to the Ordering Party. III. Detailed description of the item of the order for Part 3: organization of a study visit for 8 people from Krakow (Poland) to Toronto (Canada) between 20 and 23 June 2022

The subject of the contract is the organization of a study visit for 8 people from Krakow (Poland) to Toronto (Canada) between 20 and 23 June 2022, implemented as part of the project “Creative Małopolska II” funded under the Regional Operational Programme of the Lesser Poland Region for years 2014-2020, co-financed by the European Development Regional Fund.

The order includes the organization and preparation of a study visit between June 18 and 24, 2022 for 8 people, which aims to be:

- Participation in industry event: Collision

- The order does not include the purchase of tickets for the event.

The Contractor shall provide the Contractor under the contract:

1. Airline tickets in the economy class two ways on the route Krakow—Toronto, Toronto—Krakow for 8 participants of a study visit with up to one transfer, with:

a. The waiting time for the transfer must not be more than 2h,

b. Arrival should take place by 18:00 on June 18, 2022 local time in Toronto

c. Transmission may not take place in the US or any country in whose territory Poles are required to hold visas.

d. ticket is supposed to include: 1 piece of hand luggage + 1 piece of checked baggage (main, check-in) for each 1 departure participant.

e. Departure will take place on June 18, and arrival on June 24, 2022.

The list of participants will be given 3 weeks before the start of the study trip.

2. 6 nights at least a 4-star hotel in Toronto:

a. At a distance of max. 3 km from the event - Enercare Centre, Toronto, Canada (walking distance in Google Maps)

b. in 1-bed rooms with bathrooms along with breakfast for 8 participants of the study visit during the scheduled stay.

c. View from the window in the hotel room cannot include the interior of the hotel (e.g. lobby)

The Contractor shall submit, in the offer form, to the Ordering Party at least 2 hotel proposals corresponding to the above requirements, the final selection of hotels belongs to the Ordering Party. Failure to offer a hotel proposal or a proposal not conforming to the above requirements will provide a basis for the recognition that the content of the offer does not correspond to SWZ's content.

The Contractor shall provide the Ordering Party with food for 8 persons on each day of stay on departure — rates in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Labour and Social Policy of 29 January 2013 on receivables accrued to a worker employed in a state or local government unit budgetary sphere due to business travel.

4. Private local transfers (bus or car suitable for group numbers) from Toronto Airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport on the day of departure for 8 participants of the visit, with:

a. the driver must personally pick up the participants from the airport and carry to the car/bus,

b. the driver must take into account the possibility of delay in flights.

The Contractor shall also cover all costs related to tolls, parking, etc. as part of the transport service.

Part 4 — organization of a study visit for 12 people from Krakow (Poland) to Cologne (Germany) from 24 to 27 August 2022

IV. Detailed description of the item of the order for Part 4: organization of a study visit for 12 people from Krakow (Poland) to Cologne (Germany) between 24 and 27 August 2022

The subject of the contract is the organization of a study visit for 12 people from Krakow (Poland) to Cologne (Germany) between 24 and 27 August 2022, implemented as part of the project “Creative Małopolska II” funded under the Regional Operational Programme of the Lesser Poland Voivodship for years 2014-2020, co-financed by the European Development Regional Fund.

The order includes the organization and preparation of a study visit between 23 and 27 August 2022 local time for 12 people, which aims to be:

- Participation in an industry event: Gamescom

- The order does not include the purchase of tickets for the event.

The Contractor shall provide the Contractor under the contract:

1. Airline tickets in the economy class two ways on the route Kraków—Cologne, Cologne—Krakow for 12 participants of a study visit with up to one transfer, with:

a. The waiting time for the transfer must not be more than 2h,

b. Transmission may not take place in any country in whose territory Poles are required to hold visas.

c. The ticket is to include: 1 piece of hand luggage + 1 piece of checked baggage (main, check-in) for each 1 departure participant.

d. Departure occurs on August 23, and arrival on August 27, 2022

The list of participants will be given 3 weeks before the start of the study trip.

2. 4 nights at least 4-star hotel in Cologne:

a. At a distance of max. 1.5 km from the railway station - Köln Hauptbahnhof - Trankgasse 11, 50667 Köln, Germany (walking distance in Google Maps),

b. in 1-bed rooms with bathrooms along with breakfast for 12 participants of the study visit during the scheduled stay.

c. View from the window in the hotel room cannot include the interior of the hotel (e.g. lobby)

The Contractor shall submit, in the offer form, to the Ordering Party at least 2 hotel proposals corresponding to the above requirements, the final selection of hotels belongs to the Ordering Party. Failure to offer a hotel proposal or a proposal not conforming to the above requirements will provide a basis for the recognition that the content of the offer does not correspond to SWZ's content.

3. 6. Providing KL+NNW insurance for 12 participants of a study visit, payment of possible climatic fees, parking and road charges.

7. Within 7 days after the end of the study visit, the Contractor is obliged to submit a report on the about/at the visit. The report will include at least elements such as:

a. General information about the study visit, taking into account: description of the nature of the event (fair, market, festival, conference).

b. Framework program of study visit taking into account: date and time of departure, date and time of return, place of accommodation, half board.

Part 5 — organization of a study visit for 6 people from Krakow (Poland) to Seattle (USA) from 3 to 6 September 2022

V. Detailed description of the item of the order for Part 5: organization of a study visit for 6 people from Krakow (Poland) to Seattle (USA) from September 3 to 6, 2022

The subject of the contract is the organization of a study visit for 6 people from Krakow (Poland) to Seattle (USA) from 3 to 6 September 2022, implemented as part of the project “Creative Małopolska II” funded under the Regional Operational Programme of the Małopolskie Region 2014-2020, co-financed by the European Development Regional Fund.

The order includes the organization and preparation of a study visit between 2 and 7 September 2022 for 6 people, which aims to be:

- Participation in industry event: PAX WEST

- The order does not include the purchase of tickets for the event.

The Contractor shall provide the Contractor under the contract:

1. Two way economy class air tickets on the route Kraków—Seattle, Seattle—Krakow for 6 participants of a study visit with up to one transfer, with:

a. The waiting time for the transfer must not be more than 4h,

b. Arrival should take place by 18:00 on September 2, 2022 local time in Seattle

c. The transfer may not take place in any country in whose territory it is required of Poles to hold visas.

d. ticket is supposed to include: 1 piece of hand luggage + 1 piece of checked baggage (main, check-in) for each 1 departure participant.

e. Departure will take place on September 2 and arrival on September 7, 2022.

The list of participants will be given 3 weeks before the start of the study trip.

2. 5 nights at least a 4-star hotel in Seattle:

a. Maximum distance. 1.5 km from the event site — Washington State Convention Center, Seattle, United States (walking distance in Google Maps)

b. in 1-bed rooms with bathrooms along with breakfast for 6 participants of the study visit during the scheduled stay.

c. View from the window in the hotel room cannot include the interior of the hotel (e.g. lobby)

The Contractor shall submit, in the offer form, to the Ordering Party at least 2 hotel proposals corresponding to the above requirements, the final selection of hotels belongs to the Ordering Party. The subject of the contract is the organization of a study visit for 6 people from Krakow (Poland) to Tokyo (Japan) between 15 and 18 September 2022, implemented as part of the project “Creative Małopolska II” funded under the Regional Operational Programme of the Lesser Poland Voivodship for years 2014-2020, co-financed by the European Development Regional Fund.

The order includes the organization and preparation of a study visit between 13 and 19 September 2022 for 6 people, which aims to be:

- Participation in an industry event: Tokyo Game Show

- The order does not include the purchase of tickets for the event.

The Contractor shall provide the Contractor under the contract:

1. Two way economy class air tickets on the Krakow—Tokyo, Tokio—Krakow route for 6 participants of a study visit with up to one transfer, with:

a. The waiting time for the transfer must not be more than 4h,

b. Arrival should take place by 18:00 on September 13, 2022 local time in Tokyo

c. Transmission may not take place in Japan or any country in whose territory Poles are required to hold visas.

d. ticket is supposed to include: 1 piece of hand luggage + 1 piece of checked baggage (main, check-in) for each 1 departure participant.

e. Departure will take place on September 13 and arrival on September 19, 2022.

The list of participants will be given 3 weeks before the start of the study trip.

2. 5 nights at least 3-star hotel in Tokyo:

a. At a distance of max. 1.0 km from the metro station from which the trip to the event place (Makuhari Messe Event Hall) will be up to 30 minutes without a transfer from the event - Makuhari Messe Event Hall, Tokyo, Japan (distance determined by walking route in Google Maps),

b. in 1-bed rooms with bathrooms along with breakfast for 6 participants of the study visit during the scheduled stay.

c. View from the window in the hotel room cannot include the interior of the hotel (e.g. lobby)

The Contractor shall submit, in the offer form, to the Ordering Party at least 2 hotel proposals corresponding to the above requirements, the final selection of hotels belongs to the Ordering Party. Failure to offer a hotel proposal or a proposal not conforming to the above requirements will provide a basis for the recognition that the content of the offer does not correspond to SWZ's content.

The Contractor shall provide the Ordering Party with food for 6 persons on each day of stay on departure — rates in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Labour and Social Policy of 29 January 2013 on receivables to a worker employed in a state or local government unit budgetary sphere due to business travel.

4. Private local transfers (bus or car suitable for group numbers) from Tokyo Airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport on the day of departure for 6 participants of the visit, with:

a. the driver must personally pick up the participants from the airport and carry to the car/bus,

b. the driver must take into account the possibility of delay in flights.

The Contractor shall also cover all costs related to tolls, parking, etc. as part of the transport service.

5. Provide KL+NNW insurance for 6 participants of the study visit, payment of possible climate fees, parking and road charges.

6. Delivery and pay the visas necessary to visit Japan for all participants of the trip.

7. The Contractor should provide prior to departure information to the Recipient for the guidelines for the sanitary regime in force in the country of destination during the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus pandemic at least 2 weeks prior to the event.

8. Within 7 days after the end of the study visit, the Contractor is obliged to submit a report on the about/at the visit.

Part No 7 — organization of a study visit for 10 people from Krakow (Poland) to Paris (France) in October 2022

VII. Detailed description of the item of the order for Part 7: organization of a study visit for 10 people from Krakow (Poland) to Paris (France) in October 2022.

The subject of the contract is the organization of a study visit covering 4 nights for 10 people from Krakow (Poland) to Paris (France) in October 2022, implemented as part of the project “Creative Małopolska II” funded under the Regional Operational Programme of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship on 2014-2020, co-financed by the European Development Regional Fund.

The exact date of the industry event and the date of execution of the order will be specified by the Ordering Party immediately after obtaining such information from the event organizer, but not later than 30 June 2022.

The order includes the organization and preparation of a study visit in October 2022 for 10 people, which aims to be:

- Participation in an industry event: Game Connection Paris

- The order does not include the purchase of tickets for the event.

The Contractor shall provide the Contractor under the contract:

1. Two way economy class air tickets on the route Krakow—Paris, Paris—Krakow for 10 participants of a study visit with:

a. flight should be direct, without switches;

b. The ticket is supposed to include: 1 piece of hand luggage + 1 piece of checked baggage (main, check-in) for each 1 departure participant.

The list of participants will be given 3 weeks before the start of the study trip.

2. 4 nights at least 4-star hotel in Paris:

a. At a distance of max. 1.5 km from the event site — Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, Paris, France (walking distance in Google Maps),

b. in 1-bed rooms with bathrooms along with breakfast for 10 participants of the study visit during the scheduled stay. The studio visit should include 4 nights.

c. View from the window in the hotel room cannot include the interior of the hotel (e.g. lobby)

The Contractor shall submit, in the offer form, to the Ordering Party at least 2 hotel proposals corresponding to the above requirements, the final selection of hotels belongs to the Ordering Party. Failure to offer a hotel proposal or a proposal not conforming to the above requirements will provide a basis for the recognition that the content of the offer does not correspond to SWZ's content.

The Contractor shall provide the Ordering Party with board for 10 persons on each day of stay on departure — rates in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Labour and Social Policy of 29 January 2013 on receivables to a worker employed in a state or local government unit budgetary sphere due to business travel.

4. Private local transfers (bus or car suitable for group numbers) from Paris Airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport on the day of departure for 10 participants of the visit, with:

a. the driver must personally pick up the participants from the airport and carry to the car/bus,

b. The driver must take into account the possibility of delay in flights,

The Contractor shall also cover all costs related to tolls, parking, etc. as part of the transport service.

5. The Contractor should provide prior to departure information to the Recipient for the guidelines for the sanitary regime in force in the country of destination during the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus pandemic at least 2 weeks prior to the event.

VIII. Detailed description of the item of the order for Part 8: organization of a study visit for 8 people from Krakow (Poland) to Lisbon (Portugal) between November 1 and November 4, 2022.

The subject of the contract is the organization of a study visit for 8 people from Krakow (Poland) to Lisbon (Portugal) between November 1 and November 4, 2022, implemented under the project “Creative Małopolska II” funded under the Regional Operational Programme of the Province Małopolski for the years 2014-2020, co-financed by the European Development Regional Fund.

The order includes the organization and preparation of a study visit between 1 and 5 November 2022 for 8 people, which aims to be:

- Participation in an industry event: Web Summit

- The order does not include the purchase of tickets for the event.

The Contractor shall provide the Contractor under the contract:

1. Two-way economy class air tickets on the route Krakow—Lisbon, Lisbon—Krakow for

8 participants of the study visit, with up to one transfer, with:

a. departure from Krakow should take place before 12:00

b. The waiting time for the transfer must not be more than 2h

c. The transfer may not take place in any country in whose territory it is required of Poles to hold visas,

d. ticket is supposed to include: 1 piece of hand luggage + 1 piece of checked baggage (main, check-in) for each 1 departure participant.

e. Departure will take place on November 1 and arrival on November 5, 2022.

The list of participants will be given 3 weeks before the start of the study trip.

2. 3 nights at least 4-star hotel in Lisbon:

a. Maximum distance. 1.5 km from event place — Altice Arena & Fil, Parque das Nações, Rossio dos Olivais, Lote 2.13.01A, 1990-231 Lisboa. (distance determined by walking route in Google Maps),

b. in 1-bed rooms with bathrooms along with breakfast for 8 participants of the study visit during the scheduled stay.

c. View from the window in the hotel room cannot include the interior of the hotel (e.g. lobby)

The Contractor shall submit, in the offer form, to the Ordering Party at least 2 hotel proposals corresponding to the above requirements, the final selection of hotels belongs to the Ordering Party. Failure to offer a hotel proposal or a proposal not conforming to the above requirements will provide a basis for the recognition that the content of the offer does not correspond to SWZ's content.

3. The Contractor shall provide the Ordering Party with food for 8 persons on each day of stay on departure — rates in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Labour and Social Policy of 29 January 2013 on receivables accrued to a worker employed in a state or local government unit budgetary sphere due to business travel.

4. Private local transfers (by bus or car suitable for group numbers) from Lisbon Airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport on the day of departure for 8 visitors, with:

a. the driver must personally pick up the participants from the airport and carry to the car/bus,

b. The driver must take into account the possibility of delay in flights,

The Contractor shall also cover all costs related to tolls, parking, etc. as part of the transport service.

5. Provide KL+NNW insurance for 8 participants of a study visit, payment of possible climate fees, parking and road charges.

6. The Contractor should provide prior to departure information to the Contractor for the guidelines for the sanitary regime in the country of destination during the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus pandemic at least 2 weeks prior to the event

7. Within 7 days after the end of the study visit, the Contractor is obliged to submit a report on the about/at the visit.

Part 9 — organisation of an arrival mission for 8 journalists for the Digital Dragons 2022 industry event in Krakow on 14-18 May 2022

IX. Detailed description of the subject of the order for Part 9: organisation of an arrival mission for 8 journalists for the Digital Dragons 2022 industry event in Krakow on 16-17 May 2022.

The subject of the order is to organize an arrival mission for 8 journalists for the Digital Dragons 2022 industry event in Krakow on 16-17 May 2022.

The order includes the organization and preparation of a study visit between 14 and 18 May 2022 for 8 people, which aims to be:

- Participation of foreign journalists in Digital Dragons — the largest industry event dedicated to the video game industry in Poland and the whole of Central and Eastern Europe.

- The order does not include the purchase of accreditation for the event.

The Contractor shall provide the Contractor under the contract:

1. Airplane flight for 8 journalists to Krakow and back in economy class. Destinations and passenger details will be provided at the latest 2 weeks prior to the start of the mission. Projected destinations will include London, San Francisco, New York, Shanghai. Flights from outside Europe will take place with no more than 1 transfer, the waiting time for the transfer cannot exceed 3h.

The ticket is to include: 1 piece of hand luggage + 1 piece of checked baggage (main, check-in) for each 1 departure participant.

2. Local transfers: transport from airport to hotel and back for 8 participants of the arrival mission.

3. 4 nights at least 4-star hotel in Krakow:

a. at a distance not exceeding 800 m from the event: ICE Congress Centre, Marii Konopnicka 17 Street, Kraków (distance determined by walking route in Google Maps) for 8 participants of the arrival mission during the scheduled stay.

b. in 1-bed rooms with bathrooms and breakfast.

c. View from the window in the hotel room cannot include the interior of the hotel (e.g. lobby)

The Contractor will submit to the Ordering Party at least 2 proposals for hotels corresponding to the above requirements, the final selection of hotels belongs to the Ordering Party. Failure to offer hotel proposals or the presentation of a proposal not meeting the above requirements will provide a basis for recognition that the content of the offer does not correspond to the content of the SIWZ.

4. The Contractor shall provide the Ordering Party with food for 8 persons on each day of stay on departure — rates in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Labour and Social Policy of 29 January 2013 on receivables to a worker employed in a state or local government unit budgetary sphere due to business travel.

5. Provide KL+NNW insurance for 8 participants of a study visit, payment of possible climate, parking and road charges.

6. Within a week after the end of the study visit, the Contractor (in agreement with the Ordering Party) is obliged to submit a report on the about/at the visit. The report will include at least elements such as:

a. General information about the study visit.

b. Photo documentation.

c. Detailed program of study visit.

7. Order performance schedule:

The study visit should be arranged between 16 and 17 May 2022, with the arrival in Krakow on 14 May local time and the departure from Krakow follows on 18 May 2022 local time.
