The subject of the order is the supply of electricity for buildings of the Kraśnik City Office and other commercial facilities, municypal objects of the City of Kraśnik, as well as for street lighting in the area of Kraśnik City.
1. The object of the order is the supply of electricity for buildings of the Kraśnik City Office and other commercial facilities, municypal facilities of the City of Kraśnik,
as well as for street lighting in the area of Kraśnik City.
2. The scope of the order includes the supply of electricity to:
1) 14 energy collection points constituting the supply of buildings, market square, city shallets, parks, etc. for which the payer of electricity invoices is the City of Kraśnik (for detailed list, see Annex 8 to SWZ, table
No 1);
2) 107 street lighting power points — for which the invoice payer
for electricity is the City of Kraśnik (for a detailed list, see annex
No 8 to SWZ, Table No 2);
3) 31 energy collection points providing the power supply of buildings, premises and commercial facilities — for which the payers of electricity invoices are organizational units and legal persons of the City of Kraśnik (for a detailed list, see Annex 8 to SWZ, Table No 3).
3. Electricity should meet technical standards in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law Act and the implementing regulations of that law and the applicable standards.
4. The estimated total amount of energy supplied in the 24-month delivery period will be 4,936 MWh. The data was compiled on the basis of consumption from 2020.
5. The energy consumption determined by the Contracting Authority is only indicative and does not constitute an obligation to purchase energy in the quantity given by the Contracting Authority. Consumption was determined based on unit information and invoice data
for 2020 consumption. The total amount of energy consumption may decrease depending on
from the current needs of the Ordering Party (max. 20%). The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim for the Contracting Authority's failure to collect an estimated amount of energy.
6. Pursuant to Article 31 (2) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority provides for the use of the option right up to 20%
1) the purchase of the object of the order under the right of option shall not exceed 20% of the value of the contract
2) the use of option law is not mandatory. In the event that the Contracting Authority does not exercise the right of the option of the contractor, no claim shall be entitled to this effect,
3) the unit prices of the energy specified in the contract will also apply in the case of delivery made under the right of option,
4) the right of the option will be exercised through written orders, directed by the Contracting Authority to the Contractor. The orders will determine the quantity and tariffs of energy supply and the number of the contract under which the right of option is implemented. The execution of the contract and the application of the right of option is only possible during the period of the contract concluded.
7. The Contractor shall be required to undertake the procedure to change the seller. The Contracting Authority shall grant the powers of attorney necessary to notify the contract for the sale of electricity to the Distribution System Operator. Before signing the contract, the Contractor shall forward the Contractor, whose offer will be selected as the most advantageous, the data necessary to carry out the seller's change procedure.
8. Currently, the Contracting Authority has separate contracts for the sale and distribution of electricity. Contracts for the provision of distribution services have been concluded indefinitely. The current electricity retailer is PGE Obrót S.A., 8 March 6, 35-959 Rzeszów. The operator of the Distribution System is PGE Distrybucja S.A., Garbarska 21A Street, 20-340 Lublin.
