Development of Affordable Housing at 640 Pollokshaws Road, Glasgow

Southside Housing Association working in partnership with Neighbourhoods, Regeneration and Sustainability at Glasgow City Council is in the process of delivering new affordable housing in the south side of Glasgow and these new properties form part of that delivery programme. The site is owned by the contractor and there is a requirement that the sale of the site to the Association that they enter into a design and build contract with the contractor. The contract can only be awarded to this contractor and therefore the Association is using the negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice.
