The client operates various meeting places in Düsseldorf; D.LIVE GmbH und Co. KG operates the MERKUR SPIELARENA (MSA) and the summer cinema in its own name, the Mitsubishi Electric Hall (MEH) and the PSD BANK DOME (DOME) and the Castello for the state capital Düsseldorf (commercial operation Amt 52). Events require various event technology in the aforementioned venues.

Within the framework of this award procedure, two framework contract partners specialising in event technology are expected to be sought. The framework agreement does not confer an exclusive right. An offer comparison is carried out between the framework contract partners for individual call-offs with an order value of 15,000 euros or more (net). The conditions for the selection are communicated with the individual call.

Further key points of the contract:

- a storage facility for the event technology within a radius of 50km (starting from the MERKUR SPIELARENA) is required.

- Free delivery

- no assumption of hotel costs

- no catering for the personnel employed by the Contractor

- binding contact person with 7 days availability (24/7) with a response time of 4 hours for short-term inquiries

- Discount of 30% on the daily updated list price for the technology

- Refund on net annual turnover in the calendar year

- 3% discount for payment within 10 working days

The contract is valid for a period of 2 years from the date of entry into force and is extended by a maximum of two times by one year each, unless it is terminated in writing by the client with a notice period of three months before expiry.
