The Cardinal Mercier College is made up of four establishments (primary school, DOA, Humanities and Institute) distributed among 18 buildings in a green setting. The infrastructure is spread over an area of +/- 30,000 m 2 .

The green spaces, meanwhile, extend over nearly 15 ha, owned by the Archdiocese of Mechelen-Brussels, of which the CCM is a long-term tenant.

As such, the CCM is required to maintain the site and carry out its maintenance with due diligence.

The CCM wishes to entrust the tasks of maintenance, upkeep as well as the services of a concierge / guard of the site to a specialized company.

The maintenance of green spaces is also part of this contract.

This contract is a public service contract within the meaning of category A14 of appendix II of the law of 15.6.2006 and has for object the implementation of all the means and other constraints necessary for the perfect execution ... (see contract documents).
