The assignment includes:

• Cleaning services (regular and periodic)

• Window cleaning (2x per year)

• Floor maintenance (1x per year)

• Sanitary facilities: consumables only

Outside the assignment:

• Sanitary facilities: delivery of hardware

You must base your enrollment on the cleaning program listed in Appendix G. You must also take into account staff offered for purchase by the current supplier in your registration (see Appendix H).

It concerns an agreement for the duration of 3 years. After these years, the Client has the opportunity to extend the agreement 7 more times for one year.

Concerns cleaning maintenance, window cleaning, periodic floor maintenance and delivery of sanitary facilities from 1 location.
