As part of the Digital Pact (Bavaria dBIR), the municipality of Poing intends to procure IT services for schools of which it is responsible for material expenses. The client is responsible for material expenses of three primary and secondary schools. These are the Anni Pickert Primary and Middle School (APS for short), the Bergfeld Primary School (GSB for short) and the Karl-Sittler-Straße Primary School (GSKS for short).
The schools are managed by different school principals and are each located at their own locations in Poing. The school buildings are not structurally connected to each other. None of the schools has its own contact person or administrators for IT. The area of responsibility for this lies with the employees of the SG Z 2 Information and Communication Technology of the municipality of Poing.
School IT is procured in three (3) specialist lots:
Lot 1: Network technology for two (2) schools (APS and GSB)
Lot 2: Server for one (1) school (APS)
