Conclusion of an Enterprise Agreement Agreement with an authorized reseller for the uninterrupted continuation / renewal of Microsoft licensing

KSV Sachsen tenders for the conclusion of an Enterprise Agreement contract with an authorized trading partner for the uninterrupted continuation / renewal of Microsoft licensing. The service is put out to tender as a delivery contract on the basis of the condition contracts between BMI and Microsoft.

It is a single invitation to tender, the service components of which are awarded in an overall contract. There is no division of lots.

The contract term is three years with a one-time extension option for another year. For a more detailed description of the individual services, reference is made to the service description (Annex 8) and the catalogue of requirements (Annex 9).
