The object of the order is: the execution of design documentation and work aimed at the implementation of the investment consisting in the delivery, assembly and commissioning of:
- 168 pcs of photovoltaic installations on private persons
- 18 pcs of air heat pumps in private persons
- 1 pcs of biomass boilers in facilities belonging to private persons
The object of the order is to perform the task of “Construction of renewable energy sources in the area of Łęczyca Municipality”.

The project will be implemented in the “Design and Build” system under the project “Clean Air - RES in Łęczyca Municipality - Stage II” funded by the Strategic Investment Programme: Polski Ład.
The envisaged installation and construction work will not be a source of environmental risk and will not be an undertaking that is harmful to the environment.
Installations of heat sources are to be installed in residential buildings owned by private individuals. Residential structures belonging to private individuals that are subject to the contract are single-family buildings, one or two storeys.
In the objects concerned, the preparation of c.o. and c.w.u. is carried out using individual heat sources. The energy needed for this purpose is mainly derived from coal and timber. Electricity is sourced from the National Electricity System
The Contracting Authority does not have the design documentation of buildings or any other technical documentation on buildings.
The Contractor should adjust the installations for installation in individual buildings. Installation technology should use as much as possible finished and prefabricated elements. Combining individual elements should be done in a way that ensures the greatest durability possible.
