1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services for directing public transport buses belonging to PKM Katowice Sp. z o.o.

The subject of the contract should be performed in compliance with all regulations applicable in passenger transport in accordance with the Act on the working time of drivers of 16 April 2004 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1473, as amended) and the Road Transport Act of 6 September 2001 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2201, as amended) and in accordance with the provisions set out in the model Agreement, which constitutes Annex 5 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the provision of services of managing public transport buses belonging to PKM Katowice Sp. z o.o. for a period of 12 months on ZTM communication lines in Katowice, determined depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, in the estimated total number of 82,320 hours during the term of the contract (minimum 35 drivers). The specified amount of the Ordering Party's demand during the term of the contract may be increased or decreased by a maximum of +/- 20%. The subject of the contract should be performed in compliance with all regulations applicable in passenger transport in accordance with the Act on the working time of drivers of 16 April 2004 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1473, as amended) and the Road Transport Act of 6 September 2001 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2201, as amended) and in accordance with the provisions set out in the model Agreement, which constitutes Annex 5 to the SWZ.
