St. Olavs Hospital, c/o the Medical Biochemistry Department, Section General Biochemistry, would like to enter into framework agreement(s) for two years 1+1+1 for coagulation analyses.

The price is to be stated per analysis including the system/instruments, which are the tenderer's property, consumables and training; technical service and support as well as fulfilment of all the requirements in annex A Specifications. Costs connected to the installation of the system and connection to LISS must be included in the tender(s). The awarding authority will emphasise training as the identical instruments shall be operative 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The estimated contract value is 1200000 NOK excluding VAT per annum (not including instruments). Maximum two contract partners.

Attention is drawn to the fact that three suppliers showed their products at a demostration day 20.6.2013 (see the prior information notice with ID: 297132 and TED reference no.: 193766-2013).

Any new tenderers will also have the same opportunity to present their coagulation system (approx. 1 1/2 hours plus a tour of the laboratory).

If the suppliers that presented their equipment on the demostration day do not intend to submit a tender for the presented equipment, they will also be given an opportunity for a presentation.

The awarding authority uses an electronic tool for competitions, KGV. This means that suppliers that would like to submit a tender must do so electronically, not by paper. Electronic submission does not include practical tasks for the tenderer.
