The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of fire protection, development Tourism, service of cyclical events, meadow and agricultural management and maintenance of order in forests in the Chojnów Forest District in the year 2022.
Package 1 — fire protection, tourist development, cyclical events and meadow and agricultural economy;Operation of alarm and dispatch point with fire monitoring of forest areas.
The scope of work includes:
1. Fire duty at the emergency and dispatch point in Chojnów Forest District.
2. Support wireless and telephone communications.
3. Observation of forest areas using industrial TV cameras.
4. Support automatic smoke detection system.
5. Participation in firefighting actions of the Forest Ambulance Service.
Maintenance of fire infrastructure and fire protection using agricultural tractor and
relevant equipment owned by the Ordering Party.
The scope of work includes:
1. Carriage of materials related to the execution of the order.
2. Installation of new and repair and maintenance of existing protection information infrastructure
fire-fighting.
3. Mineralization of fire belts as equipment operator.
4. Maintenance and maintenance in a state of passability i.e. mowing roadsides and equation of road surface as
equipment operator and manual cutting of trees, shrubs and branches limiting road light.
5. Playing vegetation at fire tanks;
6. Fire-burning.
7. Other as required.
Maintenance of trails and recreational and tourist facilities, vehicle stopovers and forest parking lots.
The scope of the work shall include in particular:
1. Making maintenance and ongoing repairs of recreational and tourism infrastructure (materials provides
Ordering Party).
2. Ploping grass and weeds from April to October inclusive as needs are reported by
Forestry.
3. Snow removal for tourist areas (parking lots, access roads, trails
tourist) with the use of an agricultural tractor with appropriate property equipment
Contracting Authority on the basis of the transfer protocol of equipment.
4. Maintaining the aforementioned places in order and cleanliness, including removing broken branches and
fallen trees and collection of garbage — performed once a week (on a fixed day) and on command
Forestry during the whole year.
5. Other according to needs.
Handling recurring events
The scope of the work shall include in particular:
1. Support 4 cyclical gears “I am running because I like forests” (carriage, installation and dismantling of objects
educational, maintenance of cross-country routes, etc.).
2. Support of the Festival of Joining Song (transport installation and dismantling of the scene and other items
used to organize the festival).
Mowing meadows using an agricultural tractor owned by the Ordering Party.
The scope of work includes:
1. Mowing grass from the middle of the meadow to its edges to a height of 5—10 cm from the surface of the earth as an operator
equipment (tractor and appropriate equipment) of the Ordering Authority on surfaces without needing cleaning
hay.
2. Mowing grass from the middle of the meadow to its edges to a height of 5—10 cm from the surface of the earth as an operator
equipment (tractor) of the Contractor with a rotary mower owned by the Contractor on surfaces
designed to clean hay.
3. Raking hay by hand or as operator of equipment (tractor) of the Ordering Party with a rake being
owned by the Contractor with the export of biomass within a maximum of 14 days after mowning.
Package 2 — maintaining order in forestsThe collection and export of garbage from forest areas
The scope of the work shall include in particular:
1) Locating (finding) illegal garbage dumps or littered areas in forestry,
also outside forest roads.
2) Collecting garbage into bags and loading them onto a trailer, container or car and export.
3) Receiving garbage collected in bags from places indicated by the representative of the Contracting Authority.
