1. The object of the contract is to control the payment of charges in the paid parking area in Bytom, together with the maintenance of the SPP office during the period 46 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.

2. The duties of the Contractor shall include:

1) maintenance of the SPP office covering:

(a) the preparation and storage of daily reports;

(b) the accrual and receipt of surcharges for exceeded stopping time;

(c) issuing calls for payment of an additional fee;

(d) acceptance and cancellation of summons for payment of an additional fee;

(e) acceptance of additional charges;

(f) the transmission of copies of the summons issued;

2) control of payment of vehicle parking fees;

3) SPP research.

3. The subject of the contract and the manner of its implementation shall specify the detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (hereinafter 'SOPZ'), constituting Annex No 7 to the SWZ, and the model contract, constituting Annex No 8 to the SWZ.

4. The Contractor should, based on the indicated scope and his own experience, make a valuation of the works recognising all costs of their performance, in particular the costs of the work of the service, the cost of the operation of the equipment, the purchase of the necessary materials, utilities (electricity, water).
